Your Committee is requested to note carefully the procedure to be adopted in the event of your Club requiring an alteration of a proposed fixture, which is as follows:-

(1) An alternative date must not interfere with the playing of the next Round of the Championship (or any Inter-County or Divisional involvement of players) and in that regard provision must be made for the possibility of a Replay after Extra Time has been played. Likewise it must not interfere with another Proposed Championship Fixture. 

(2) Your Club MUST consult with the opposing Club in relation to any suggested alternative with a view to obtaining agreement.

(3) An Official Request for any alternation of the proposed Fixture Schedule is to be submitted in writing not later than 12noon on Tuesday 7/4/15 The request must state that the opposing Club has been consulted and the outcome of that consultation given.

(4) The C.C.C. will be meeting prior to Avondhu Board Meeting on the 8/4/15 to consider any requests for changes to the Proposed Schedule. 

If requirement (1) above is met and there is agreement from the opposing Club it is likely that C.C.C. will approve the alternative date.

(5) If the advance process is not followed, the C.C.C. will not agree to a change Proposed only

(6) Extra time to be played in all Championship  1st 2nd & 3rd Round Games and where CCC deem   appropriate  in consolation with Clubs involved

(7) Replays to take place weekend after Drawn Game
